MOSCOW, Aug 11 (PRIME) -- The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) has offered Pfizer to start a joint trial of the Sputnik Light vaccine as a booster shot, the fund said in a statement on the Twitter account of the vaccine on Wednesday.
"The RDIF has offered Pfizer today to start trial of the Sputnik Light vaccine designed for boosting," the fund said.
The RDIF said that Sputnik Light could be used as a third vaccine, or booster for the people who got both doses of the Phizer vaccine.
